"I met Georgia while in the process of looking for a home. I spent 5 months with another Real Estate agent with No luck. I contacted Georgia because she was the listing agent on a property I was interested in. My previous agent was suppose to put in an offer with her an never did. Needless to say the home was no longer available. I told Georgia what I was looking for and she was very helpful and knowledgeable with providing me information. I spent another week with my previous agent before firing him and asked Georgia would she please help me. She did and found me a home for my family and I within 3 days. We closed on our home 24 days later and I’m so grateful to her for all of her help. Thank you so much Georgia!"

"I began this process with a listing agent, and ended it with a friend. Georgia walked me through the process, was super easy to work with and listened to me, instead of the other way around. Georgia was supper responsive, and helped me close a deal that wasn't an easy deal to close. She is creative and did an extremely good job negotiating with the buyers agent, and even helped me receive a higher asking price than I thought was possible. Imagine that, getting more money than you thought was possible!!! That's the magic Georgia brings to the table. You won't regret hiring her. I'm still kind of pinching myself, and thankful I chose Georgia vs. others who wanted me to settle for a lot less!"
