About Dalizza
Dalizza has enjoyed living in the Athens and Oconee County area for 25+ years. She is a passionate Realtor with a great aptitude in finance and possesses discerning judgement. An additional strength is her extraordinary ability to delineate the staging/preparation of properties for successful sales, and as such she has received many compliments from potential buyers and other realtors. Dalizza is committed to providing excellent service, in both the buying and the selling of properties in Georgia. Her transaction portfolio includes homes and land. Dalizza is fluent in written and spoken Spanish (Espanol), including the use of all real estate terminology.
Dalizza is an active member of the Athens Area Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Multiple Listing Services. Currently, she contributes as a committee member of the Athens Area Association of Realtors.
Other qualifications and contributions of Dalizza include (1) Green Belt Certified Lean practitioner for conducting efficient processes (e.g., listings, delineating staging/preparation of properties for sale, closings, etc.), (2) a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from The University of Georgia (UGA) and has conducted research with regional samples of natural waters, soils, and sediments prior to becoming a Realtor, and (3) experience as a land surveyor assistant when she was an undergrad student. Dalizza is a member of the parent-teacher organization (PTO) in her school district and a regular blood donor at the Red Cross.
